Take advantage of a range of treadmills, elliptical, cycle and stair-climbing machines, complete with personal television monitors and headphones. A wide selection of weight and strength training equipment is also available.
Concentrate on raising your fitness with everything to hand, from complimentary fresh towels to drinking water and fresh fruit baskets to refuel after the session.

The 01-hour classes offer a superb cardio–vascular and endurance workout. Complimentary for in-house guests and Athénée Fitness members.

THB 600 net per person for group request of minimum 04 and maximum of 06 persons.
THB 2,200 net per person for a private session.
